We all want to improve and be the best men possible.

Let me tell you this right off the bat, you can achieve anything you want but it comes with a price.

It’s all crap…..

It takes work to get what your heart desires, knowing that you need to put in the time is the first step. Once you give up on the get it quick mentality it’s time to get on it and make things happen.

Knowledge is power on your journey, this is why I have put together this list of life hacks for men. This is a short list that is designed to just get you started in making some positive change.

Once these are tackled it’s time to jump into some bigger things. For now however start here and get it done. You will build discipline and accountability to yourself.

Make no mistake though, some of these are hard to stick to. These are for you, the man that wants to be better and live the best life.

Up your game with these hand picked and ripe life hacks for men

I know, you are waiting for me to tell you eat good and exercise right?

Although eating good and working out is majorly important I already know if you are reading my article or entire blog for that matter you are a step above.

You already know those things, I want to bring my readers value, not the same stuff wrapped up in some quirky article that you have read in different forms a million times.

Dude start eating right and working out ok? Good, Now lets move on to the lesser known life hacks for men.

1. Drink unsweetened green tea once a day

Green tea has been consumed by people for thousands of years for good reason.

The benefits of drinking green tea include.

  • Protects against cancer
  • Loaded with antioxidants
  • Helps with weight loss
  • Protects against heart disease

One cup in the morning should do it here, add honey to sweeten it up a little.

Wake up with this in your corner to stay healthy and lean all year.

2. Add garlic and lemon to your life.

Garlic is loaded with antibiotic properties. In the cold and flu season put some butter and thin slices of fresh garlic on a piece of bread and eat once a day.

Honey also works great for this, raw garlic and some honey will do the trick and help keep you well during these times.

Garlic has many healthy properties that are too numerous to list here. If you have any concerns consult your doctor before consuming garlic raw. I actually love it but it does tend to be pretty strong (and stinky.)

Garlic kills off germs and improves overall health.

Lemon is another great thing to add. This one is very simple, just squeeze fresh lemon into a warm glass of water in the morning. Better yet add it to your green tea.

Lemon daily will help cleanse the liver and keep your skin lookin’ fresh.

3. Cold showers

This one is really great for you. I like to get all cleaned and then a minute or so before I’m done ill crank it to full cold. Let me tell ya I live in the woods so I have well water.

It is colder than hell…..

Cold showers wake you up and promote healthy circulation among many other benefits. You will feel like a million bucks if you can hold out for at least a minute.

4. Start stretching

I am not one to talk here because I myself do not stretch enough. Many pains and aches we get as men, whether its from work or injury are caused by being way too tight.

In the morning take some time and stretch out, there are many routines that really dig in and show you how and what to do on Google.

Just do something, tension can cause major pain. If left unchecked it can turn into years of dull pain that could have be avoided.

5. Get more sleep and wake up early

The world for us men is hectic for sure. There never seems to be enough time in the day to get anything done.

Getting to bed even one hour earlier will help you tremendously. Sleep is critical to success, I can tell you for sure I was not at the same production level when I was up with my kids when they were babies.

This one is a duel sword because when you get good quality sleep you wake up early.

Waking up early is one of the biggest factors in building success

At least for me, when you are up before the world you can think and work on projects without interruption, it is YOUR time 100%

Take advantage of this and start going down a little earlier and wake up a few hours early. Once this becomes habit you will be getting more done before 8 am than most people do all day.

Wrapping it all up

This is by no means a fully loaded list of things that will transform you. However I find that taking on huge changes all at once can be too much sometimes.

This ends with the person becoming discouraged and overwhelmed. Leading to quitting all together.

I don’t want this for you, I want you to kill it and get what you want.

Don’t write this list off just because it’s quick and easy, it’s easy to talk but can you acually stick with these for the long term?
